membership

Membership is how this work happens.

AMGTA’s independence is structural. Its output — the Additive Manufacturing Evaluation Report, Strategy 2030, sector-specific guidance, reviewed use cases — exists because members make it possible. Members shape what gets built, see it first, and extend its reach through conversations AMGTA cannot have alone.

What membership makes possible

Three forms of value, none of them available any other way.

You shape what gets built

Working groups and initiative committees develop the sector-specific guidance, the market intelligence base, and the reviewed use cases that carry AMGTA’s framing into the industry. Members shape the questions the survey asks, the scope of guidance documents, the boundaries of the use case library.

You see it first and apply it directly

Members access the evaluation report, Strategy 2030, sector briefs, the Interview Series, industry survey findings, and claim guidance before or alongside public release. Use cases submitted through the review process build a library available across the membership.

AMGTA goes where you cannot go alone

Procurement forums, sector conferences, standards bodies, policy discussions — rooms where a technology vendor cannot be an impartial voice. The neutrality membership collectively sustains is what makes AMGTA’s reach possible, and it extends every member’s own conversations.

Who Our Members Are

Three audiences. One intersection.

AM Technology developers

AM equipment, material, and software providers building the case for their solutions in credible, actionable terms.

Manufacturing users of AM

Organizations adopting additive manufacturing in production environments and evaluating where it belongs in their operations.

Internal champions

People building the case for additive manufacturing adoption inside their own organizations and advancing it with executives, finance, product development, and procurement.

Membership levels

Two tiers of engagement

Participating Member

$5,000 USD annually

Full access to member resources, working group participation, Annual Summit and Virtual Forums, member-only research and survey findings, the monthly newsletter, and the Participating Member seal for use in your own communications.

Principal Member

Contact for tier details

Principal membership recognizes organizations whose engagement shapes AMGTA’s direction at the highest level. Principal members take a lead role in working groups, participate in strategic initiatives alongside the board, and receive the Principal Member seal.

Member recognition

How members use the seal

The Participating and Principal Member seals communicate to customers, partners, and stakeholders that your organization is engaged in the collective work of elevating additive manufacturing’s credibility. Display them on your website, in marketing materials, event communications, and investor-facing content.
