AMGTA Collaborative Research
A series of independently-reviewed lifecycle assessments and analyses produced in collaboration with members and third-party research partners. Each report examines a specific additive manufacturing application and its environmental and resource implications.
Six Years of Evidence
Foundational research that informed the framework
These applied research projects preceded and informed the 2026 AM Evaluation Report and Strategy 2030. They remain reference material—concrete demonstrations of resource-efficiency analysis in specific manufacturing contexts. The evaluation report formalizes the framework this research developed in practice.
